Timely Medical assistance is made possible through the dispensary at the college. The dispensary is well equipped to provide medical facilities to both students and staff.

The founder and the Chairman Dr. K.Rajendran, M.S., FICS, FAIS, and Dr.(Mrs.) K.N.Gnanasundari, MBBS.,DGO., trustee are the two famous doctors in Cuddalore town, and since they visits the college daily, special attention is paid to the overall health of the students. The dispensary has been helping National Social Service (NSS) when they arrange for the Blood Donation Camps in the college and nearby villages.
